A leader can only improve upon the depth of his immediate counsellors. Finding a home in the mist of novice only limits ones asking potential, and unless you're a super-human changing their heart will require everything (even more than you can give). My bet is that you take a walk and align with people of shared-vision. Else, you'll spend more time trying to get-up than you'll ever stay-up. You're as good as the knowledge you acquire, for right counsels equates right mind.
