Class of friends

At some point we knew we would separate someday, a day where the conversations, fun, and every other moments we shared will be missed only to be revisited in our heads.
Days, months, and years will pass by until this contact becomes rarely visited.
At that point, it will dawn on each one of us and hit us real hard how much we have drifted apart. And we would realise how much fun it was being together.

The love shared, conferences attended, jokes cracked, assistance rendered, and the solutions proffered as a result of a consensus agreement, will all be greatly missed. And we will look back in retrospect and revel in the joy and fun we all shared. Then we would say to our newly found friends, families, and children, it was with this folks that I had this much fun and endured most of the hard times.

Over the last months that we have spent apart, I realised how fast I am headed towards that phase of my life. And I cannot help but wish that we would share one more day together to relive those moments we once shared.

A toast to friendship, the very ones who shared loved without the thought of gaining anything in return. The ones who sacrificed their all for sheer belief and common understanding.

It has indeed been a time well spent with you all. Pray that you find fulfilment in your respective career of choice.
